At PolarStar, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we've made the resolution process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your sports gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5 business days.
